Lesson Policy for Individual Classes
Choose the learning format that suits you best. All classes are held online in a comfortable setting
Please review the following terms and conditions:
The first month of lessons is paid per lesson. Starting from the second month, lessons are prepaid on a monthly basis. You estimate the expected number of lessons based on your schedule (adjusting for vacations, business trips, etc.) and submit prepayment. All justified absences are accounted for, and the balance is recalculated the following month.
No more than one cancellation per month is allowed without a valid reason (such as illness or force majeure). Additionally, no more than one rescheduled lesson is permitted, and it must be made up by the end of the following month.
If prepayment is not submitted on time (or if you prefer to pay per lesson), your spot in the schedule is not reserved.
If you have a rotating or irregular work schedule, as well as frequent business trips (when absences exceed 30% of the planned schedule), lessons are paid per session and held during the teacher's available time.
If you are more than 5 minutes late to a lesson, the missed time will not be compensated.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance by phone at +48 733 739 470 or via messenger (Viber / Telegram / WhatsApp). A cancellation is only considered accepted once you receive a reply from the teacher.
If a lesson is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or without any notice, the full lesson fee is charged and will not be refunded.
Payment is made on a monthly basis and must be settled before the start of the month. Participation in classes is not permitted without advance payment.
Missed classes are neither refunded nor rescheduled, regardless of the reason for the absence.
All classes are recorded in full. A link to the recording is provided to group members after each lesson.
In the event of an absence, the student is responsible for watching the recording and completing the homework independently. The group’s academic progress will not be paused.
Homework is mandatory—it is an integral part of the learning process.
A refund is only possible if the student has attended no more than one class in the current month. In this case, the cost of the remaining lessons will be returned.
After attending two or more classes, the payment becomes non-refundable, consistent with standard language school policies.
